New to counseling? Me too! I’m Caroline, a second year clinical mental health masters level student at Northwestern University. What an honor it is to be apart of one’s road to healing, I am truly over the moon to start my dream of being a counselor here at Life’s Journey! Post graduation, I will be receiving licensure as an LPCC, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.

Compassion and empathy are my two drivers when it comes to mental health. It’s important to me that clients have confidence in this process with someone new to the field. Being accompanied by an amazing leadership team, I hope to foster a safe and supportive environment for each client. Life is hard, we are all human and together we can discover new ways to living a more fulfilling life.

A bit about me: Pasta, lounge wear and a good book… that’s me in a nutshell. I am a big self care advocate! My slice of heaven also includes the beach, family time and a good donut. I feel the best when I have a trip looming on the calendar, traveling is a passion of mine. My husband and I have been married for four years with two dogs that we adore. Being new in the field, I can relate to starting a new journey with lots of life changes.
