Hi! My name is Charlotte, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families from all walks of life. I provide support to those who are experiencing a wide range of mental health struggles and life concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, attachment issues, and those facing difficult life transitions.
My goal is to walk with you on this journey towards healing and empowering you to feel confident in making the changes you want. I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental, and supportive environment.
I approach therapy with the belief that you are the expert of your experiences. My therapeutic process is collaborative, person-centered, and strength based. I utilize an integrative approach, drawing from a variety of modalities and orientations to best meet your specific needs. Some of these include Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
A bit about me: I love spending time outdoors! Whether it’s hiking, sailing, kayaking, backpacking, or biking – I like to be outside. When I’m not outside, I enjoy baking and cooking. I love seeing live music with friends too!
