Hi, I’m Brooke Bischoff, a compassionate PMHNP who believes in reducing the stigma of mental health with a focus on patient centered care.

I believe in building a therapeutic relationship and developing an individualized treatment plan. I have experience in providing care for those of all ages, I have worked with with autism, pediatrics and adolescents at Maryhurst, those with complex mental illness at Bridgehaven and those that have dual diagnoses of SUD and mental illness.

I am able to provide treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, mood disorders, as well as other illnesses. My goal for all patients is to succeed and find happiness.

 

Exercising is what brings me joy. You can find me early in the morning at a HIIT class at a local gym. I love walking at our beautiful parks in Louisville and in the summer you can find my husband, two daughters and me at the lake.
