Hi, I’m Briania, a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate. I am passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and millennials who are experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and/or trauma.
Mental health treatment can help address anxiety symptoms and reduce the severity of other contributing factors that you may be experiencing in everyday life. During the therapeutic process, I use an eclectic approach, utilizing narrative, cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, and experiential therapy.
A bit about me: I enjoy being in nature, hiking, stand up paddle boarding, laying on the beach listening to the waves, or sitting by the lake. I also practice yoga and pilates. I was born in the ‘80s, raised in the ‘90s, and became a young adult in the 2000s. My life looks a lot different, yet in many ways the same.
I have a beautifully wild and spirited 7-year-old who keeps me on my toes and is currently teaching me to lean into who I am and who I'm becoming. Everything is a learning and teachable moment, and most of those moments occur when we are doing our Mother-Daughter thing.
