Hi, I’m Lauren and I’m a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate. My journey into the world of counseling began in the mountains of Northern California where I first discovered the power of connection as a camp counselor. That spark led me to earn my Psychology degree from Centre College, and I haven’t looked back since!

In my work, I pull from a blend of therapeutic approaches including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I enjoy working with teens and young adults on a variety of stressors including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and trauma. But truly, I’m here to walk alongside you through whatever you’re facing. At the heart of it all, I believe meaningful connection is one of life’s most healing forces.

My goal is to create a space that feels real, relaxed, and safe—where you can be yourself without judgment. I’m all about building strong, trusting relationships that empower you to make progress and feel supported every step of the way.

A bit about me; When I’m not in session, you’ll probably find me outside. I enjoy hiking in the mountains, soaking up the sun at the beach, or getting in a good workout (fitness is my favorite form of self-care!). I also love a good game night with friends or curling up with a cozy blanket and a great book.
