Olivia Pendelton
Certified Social Worker serving the 119 S. Sherrin Ave Suite 220
Hi, I’m Olivia, a Certified Social Worker. I primarily work with children and adolescents navigating anxiety, autism, ADHD, OCD, and trauma-related challenges. That said, I enjoy supporting clients of all ages and backgrounds. I tailor my approach to each individual’s needs, drawing from modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Play Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and other expressive therapies.

Creating a safe, welcoming space is my top priority. I believe a strong client-therapist relationship is at the heart of meaningful therapeutic work. Therapy can sometimes feel intimidating, but with trust, patience, and the right support, positive change is always possible. I also value collaborating with caregivers to help bring the work we do in session into everyday life.

A bit about me: Outside the therapy office, I’m a big traveler and total foodie! I love discovering new restaurants and exploring new places with friends. When I’m not adventuring, you’ll usually find me crocheting or staying active through hiking, rock climbing, yoga, or running. I like to bring this active, playful energy into my sessions, especially with kids! I believe children often engage best when therapy is creative, hands-on, and movement-based. Expressive approaches like play and art therapy often help children open up in ways traditional talk therapy simply can’t.

If you or your child are ready to start the journey, I’m here to walk alongside you.
