I believe the relationship between client and therapist is where the real work begins. My approach is warm, relational, and down-to-earth, with plenty of room for both the hard conversations and the occasional laugh. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can exhale, feel genuinely known, and show up exactly as you are.
I specialize in couples work, life transitions, grief and child loss, women’s health, infertility, pregnancy, and birth trauma. I’m especially passionate about walking alongside people through the seasons of life that can feel tender, complicated, or completely different from what you imagined. My work is grounded in evidence-based care while always making space for your individual story, relationships, and needs.
A bit about me: Outside of the therapy room, I’m married and a mom to three little ones under five, so I’m very familiar with the beautiful chaos that can come with this season of life. I love reading and learning, and I’m probably always halfway through a book or training because continuing my education as a therapist is something I deeply value. More than anything, I hope to be the kind of therapist who feels human, trustworthy, and genuinely invested in the people sitting across from me.
