Whether working with children, adolescents, or young adults, my approach is grounded in creating a safe and supportive space for exploration, growth, and empowerment. Most of my professional experience has involved working with children and adolescents with a range of mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma histories. I am a strong believer in working with you to use the best therapy approaches for your unique needs. I pull from CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy techniques. I am also trained in EMDR. 

A little bit about me: I love cooking and spending time with loved ones! I am at my happiest when I am outside enjoying nature or trying new things. I believe that life is meant to be enjoyed, and I try to live each day with intention and gratitude.
