When life gets difficult, it’s easy to feel alone or like no one really understands what you’re going through. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and accepted for who you are. I believe that feeling comfortable with and connected to your therapist is an important part of therapy, and I want our relationship to feel genuine and honest. Together, we’ll work through the things that are weighing on you, better understand your thoughts and emotions, and find ways to help you feel more confident moving forward.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, depression, mood disorders, adjustment concerns, and life transitions. I am EMDR trained and have attended specialized OCD training through the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) with the International OCD Foundation. I particularly enjoy supporting clients through anxiety and OCD, as well as major life transitions such as college, early adulthood, relationships, becoming a parent, and other times when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. I tailor therapy to each individual, drawing from approaches including CBT, ERP, EMDR, mindfulness, person-centered, and strength-based therapy.

A little bit about me: I believe you shouldn’t have to show up as a perfectly polished version of yourself in therapy, and I won’t either. I value being genuine and bring my authentic self into the therapy room, which means therapy with me may feel a little more relaxed and comfortable. Outside of therapy, I’m a big dog lover, a sucker for reality TV, and happiest in my comfiest clothes. I also love trying new restaurants and am always up for a good recommendation!
