Hi, I am Nicole, a Licensed Professional Clinical Associate.

My experiences in both medical and mental health settings have shaped the way I approach counseling and strengthened my belief in caring for the whole person-not just the challenges that bring someone to therapy.

My clinical interests include infertility and reproductive mental health, perinatal and postpartum mental health, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, OCD, relationship concerns, family dynamics, eating disorders, phobias and substance use and recovery.

My counseling approach is trauma informed and client centered with an integration of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy. I believe counseling should be collaborative, compassionate and individualized.

My goal is to provide a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, feel genuinely heard, and know that their experiences are respected. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role as a counselor is not to tell you who to be or where you should go, but to walk alongside you as we explore what is getting in the way, recognize the strengths you are already possess, and develop tools that can help you move toward a life you want. Above all, I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, genuine, supportive and free of judgment.

A little bit about me: I consider myself a biophile and enjoy having a variety of plants. I love sewing, painting, and refurbishing furniture. When I am not seeing clients, I can be found on the soccer field, in the dance studio or at taekwondo with my children. I have two dogs, June and Tuxedo.
